Ahmed Gallab says that We Belong, the newest Sinkane album, is his first that isn’t “all about [him].” Talking with SPIN backstage at SXSW, the versatile musician explains that he wished to “take [himself] out of the narrative” and, somewhat, write concerning the pleasure that he’s discovered throughout the Black group.
